Another 2 good sessions on the spinning bike since last time :o)  I did 500 cals and 15 miles in 45 mins and 600 cals and 18 miles in 50 mins today.  I am doing the interval training and its really hard work!!

Plus I have been doing free weights and also a Pilates class after the cardio work.

Really looking forwards to getting stuck into the Gym and cycle training when I get home, which wont be much longer now.  Which is just as well cos Im starting to miss the kids........but after a couple of hours of Muuuuum, Muuuuuum, Ill wonder why lol!!
