This weekend was my weekend with Harry so no big miles for me.......  But we did go out for a short cycle ride Saturday and Sunday together so that was nice.  Will be cycling to work tomorrow so swapped the programme around a little and did LEGS SESSION at the Gym today.  Also Ben finished off the Gym programme by going through some Ab exercises to strengthen the core and also Heart Rate goals I should be aiming for in cardio work so a good session today!
