your boat! or rather rowing machine!  As my ankle has been playing up a bit I thought the rowing machine would be a good bit of equipment for a cardio workout as it doesnt involve the ankle......
Well it wasnt tooo bad, but half way through my wrist began to ache, and later that day my back was feelin it too! Oh GOD im falling apart and cant do anything without it hurting :o(
Perhaps I just need to adjust to this new kind of exercise routine, maybe imm being a tad impatient with myself?  Me? Impatient??  Nah it cant be that hahahaha!

I used my Garmin today with heart monitor to keep a track of progress..... so...STATS!! lol
