Went to the Gym this morning and did 20 mins on the stepper burning off 220 Calories in the process.  My average heart rate was 135bpm, maximum was 145bpm. 
I looked on the internet about heart rates and calculated that my low end bpm should be 120, fat burning zone and high end cardio work is 163bpm so im working mid range which is good as it shows im using a good amount of effort.
I then did a circuit around the gym working the whole body before finishing with some sit ups!  Core strength is everything ;o)
