But I CANT GODDAMMIT!!  :o(  My ankle hurts today after the great run I had last night and I feel really peeved.  I know the challenge isnt running but I do miss running and its great for fitness especially when time is limited.
I must admit that I get a pang of envy every time I see runners about and about, particularly if they are going  well - its all i can do to not mow them down lol!!  I NEEED HELP!

But back to the training........
30 mins on the stepper and a circuit around the equipment today.  Was a good workout and I felt good for it :o)
