Went to the gym this morning and did 30 mins on the air walking machine, not quite sure exactly what you call it lol!  But you can step, run or stride depending on what action you use.  Its pretty good and easier on the joints than running and as my ankle is still a bit twingy im trying to stay off the running much to my disgust!

I wore my Garmin and heart rate monitor as one it keeps a track of my exercise routine and two I can compare progress.....
I also used the foot pod lol!  Its supposed to be for running and im sick as a pig I cant run and im  impatient to use the gizmo hahaha! Not quite sure what useful info it gave me, but it did monitor steps and again its good for comparison.

So with no further ado, STATS! lol!
